Q:How long have you been at Leader Hydraulics?

A:5 and half years

Q:What is your role?

A:Head of Compact Hydraulics

Q:How has your role changed in the last 5 years?

A:I have had many roles within the company, I started in helping the sales team get prices and deliveries from the suppliers, then I started working in the sales department and then becoming the sales manager and now I am in my current role.

Q:What do you like most about working at Leader Hydraulics?

A:It is the one of the biggest companies in the hydraulics, pneumatic and filtration industry but keeps its core value of a family run business which I really like, I feel we are a big family under one roof striving to become the biggest reseller in the industry.

Q:What changes have you seen since working here?

A:I have seen a lot of changes since I started we have gone from a converted piggery with 4 people in the office to having our very own office and meeting room built to our specifications to now having many more staff members in that short space of time is truly remarkable achievement.
